How returns work
- Within 30 days of receiving your item, email support@maliben.com to initiate the return.
- Support sends return instructions including the return address.
- You ship the item back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Once Maliben receives the returned item, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What can be returned
- Items in original condition, unused, in original packaging.
- Items that arrived damaged or incorrect (Maliben pays return shipping in these cases).
- Items that don't match the product description.
What cannot be returned
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
Exchanges
Maliben accepts exchanges for size, color, or variant changes when the item is still in stock. Email support to arrange.
How long does the refund take?
5–7 business days from when Maliben receives the returned item. Banks may take an additional 1–3 days to display the credit on your statement.
