US orders: 6–12 business days door-to-door (1–2 business days handling + 5–10 days transit). International orders: 11–22 business days (1–2 handling + 10–20 transit).

The breakdown

Handling time (every order)

Maliben processes new orders within 1–2 business days. Dispatch confirmation with tracking is emailed when the package leaves the warehouse.

US transit time

5–10 business days for standard shipping. Faster destinations (East Coast, Midwest) usually arrive at the shorter end of that range.

International transit time

10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customs clearance can add 1–5 days for some countries.

What can delay an order

  • Customs inspection (international only)
  • Severe weather along the shipping route
  • Carrier capacity during holiday peaks (late November through December)
  • Address corrections or incorrect zip codes

What to do if your order is late

  1. Check the tracking link emailed at dispatch.
  2. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact support.
  3. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 3 business days, contact support@maliben.com with your order number.
